Well, the Alpinechicks calendars are out now and we’re glad the project is completed. I was just going through some of the pics again tonight and saw this one. Pic shows Julia on one of the log jumps on the West side of the Isar. Most of my pics of the girls were taken with them riding into the frame from the left or right, fairly close in and with some panning. On the day I “shot” Julia, I was looking for some different angles and some shallow depth of field. This is one of the head on, riding towards you f/2.8 pics taken with the D700 & 70-200mm that I quite like.
